AIM (Accredited in Meetings) is the only recognised accreditation scheme for the meetings industry within the UK. The scheme, which was developed by the Meeting Industry Association (MIA), is designed to improve standards in business tourism and help meeting organisers find the very best of venues, suppliers and services.

As well as having the official endorsement of VisitBritain throughout England and Wales, AIM is also supported by VisitEngland, Visit Wales, Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO).
