The Lowry Hotel Launches Nutritious Menu Options For All Conference And Events

The Lowry Hotel - part of The Rocco Forte Collection - has launched four new nutritious buffet menus for conferences and events. These menus cover the themes of Supreme Energy & Vitality; Healthy Digestion; Boost Concentration & Memory and Anti Stress they will be available for £25.00 per person or as part of the daily delegate packages at £49.00 per delegate.

Research shows that eating the right foods at regular intervals not only improves productivity but also ensures that you can enjoy supreme stamina, increased concentration and impeccable memory recall skills which will assist companies in getting the most out of their delegates.

Executive Head Chef Oliver Thomas partnered with Nutritional Biochemist Jeannette Jackson to create these specific menus. All dishes are prepared and cooked in their most natural form to reduce lost minerals and goodness. Dishes such as Brazil nut, cranberry and mozzarella salad from the Supreme Energy and Vitality menu provides energy as Brazil nuts are high in Oleic acid which supports stamina whilst cranberries boost blood sugar levels. The chilled marinated turkey from the anti - stress menus aids lowering stress levels by boosting the neurotransmitter serotonin which boosts moods and reduces the blues.

Roasted fruits with honey and almonds from the Supreme Energy Menu provide energy via honey which is a readily absorbed source of energy while almonds help to sustain the energy for longer.
