Welcome to your Ambassador Programme we can offer a range of free support services to create a winning bid for your event, as well as helping to minimise your workload.

- Unbiased venue-finding service: access to almost 200 conference venues and negotiation of preferential rates
- Manchester Accommodation booking service: tailor-made for each event
- Bid preparation: including the production of bid documents, budgets, letters of support and presentations
- Site visits: enabling decision makers and committee members to experience Manchester first hand
- Civic funding: advice and guidance on the application processes for civic support and subvention funding
- Conference marketing: a wide range of marketing support material and services available for when the event confirms in the city.
